Patient Namely Mushtaq (Name Changed),Age : 64 years,Address Lalbazar(Address changed) was operated upon for his Coronary Artery Disease at Noora Hospital, Off Pump Beating Heart Surgery using LIMA to LAD and a reverse saphenous Venous  Graft for Right Coronary Artery distal to the totally occluded  previously implanted coronary stent in this artery.
