Successful Management Of A Serious Acess Site Complication By Endovascular Coiling During The Course Of PCI Procedure.

70 Year Old Female Admitted with Nstemi, urgent CAG shows 99% block of LCX Artery. During the procedure patient developed severe Radial Artery Spasm.Route switched to Right Femoral Artery.PTCA- Stenting to LCX Artery done successfully. However Patient developed Abdominal pain and shock.HB dropped from 12 to 4gms.Patient was immediately rescuscitated with IV fluids and Blood Transfusions.Urgent CT Angio showed Right Inferior Epigastric Artery Perforation and Large Abdominal Wall Hematoma. The same was tackled by Endovascular Coiling of the Leaking Inferior Epigastric Artery. Patient was Discharged after four days and on Fallow up Patients HB is 12 gms and is Asymptomatic.
